This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products and services provided by Boutique Wedding Agency Fairytale Day EOOD (Бутикова Сватбена Агенция „Приказен ден“ ЕООД), including Elite Wedding School and Fairytale Day wedding planning services.
By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Digital products (non-refundable)
All digital products are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Downloadable materials
- Workbooks, templates, and guides
- Recorded trainings and educational resources
- Any instant-access digital content
Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once access has been granted.
This is in line with applicable consumer law provisions relating to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, where the right of withdrawal is waived.
2. Online wedding planning course (live / cohort-based)
2.1 No-refund policy for non-participation
Once enrolled, no refund will be issued if a participant:
- Fails to attend the course,
- Chooses not to participate,
- Withdraws without prior written notice.
It is the participant’s responsibility to attend and engage with the programme as scheduled.
2.2 Deferral to the next training year (exceptional circumstances)
If a participant is unable to attend the programme for the scheduled year due to exceptional circumstances, they may request a deferral to the next available training cohort.
- Deferral is granted at our discretion
- No monetary refund will be issued
- The place will be transferred once only to the next scheduled intake
- Requests must be made in writing as soon as reasonably possible
2.3 Trainer unavailability
If, for reasons beyond reasonable control, the trainer is unable to deliver the programme in the scheduled year:
- All enrolled participants will be automatically transferred to the next available training session
- No refunds will be issued in this case, as the service will still be fulfilled
3. Wedding planning services (Fairytale Day)
Refunds, cancellations, and termination of wedding planning services are governed exclusively by the individual Wedding Planning Services Contract signed between the parties.
In particular, Clause 9 (Terms and conditions for contract termination) of the contract applies and prevails .
Key principles (summary only – not a replacement for the contract):
- Fees may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on timing of termination
- Certain fees become fully payable if termination occurs within specific timeframes before the wedding date
- Payments made to third-party suppliers are non-refundable
- Coordination-on-the-day services have specific refund conditions based on notice periods
Clients should always refer to their signed contract for the full, binding terms.
4. No chargebacks or payment reversals
By purchasing any product or service, you agree not to initiate:
- Chargebacks
- Payment disputes
- Payment reversals
without first contacting us in writing to attempt to resolve the matter.
Unauthorised chargebacks may be treated as a breach of contract and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access to digital products or courses
- Legal recovery action where appropriate
5. How to request a deferral or raise a query
All requests related to:
- Course deferrals
- Exceptional circumstances
- Clarification of this policy

6. Legal compliance
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. However, where the law permits (including for digital content and bespoke services), refunds are limited as set out above.
