Absolutely. Most of our couples plan their wedding in Bulgaria while living abroad. We work remotely with couples throughout the UK, USA, Europe and worldwide, with online consultations and in-person meetings available in London. In Bulgaria, we manage the local planning, suppliers, venue communication and wedding production on your behalf.
Not at all. You only need to know that Bulgaria feels right for you. As part of our full planning service, we help you explore different possibilities, from vineyards and mountain retreats to Sofia, historic cities, private estates and the Black Sea, and identify the setting that best suits your wedding, your guests and the experience you want to create.
For us, an experiential wedding is designed around how the celebration feels, unfolds and is remembered, not simply how it looks. We consider the entire guest journey, from the setting, food and hospitality to music, cultural moments, entertainment, timing and atmosphere, bringing everything together into one thoughtful experience.
Yes. We can help you understand the practical options for civil and symbolic ceremonies in Bulgaria and coordinate the relevant local arrangements as part of the planning process. Legal requirements and recognition can depend on your nationality and country of residence, so we also recommend confirming the requirements that apply to you with the appropriate official authority.
Because I am Bulgarian and speak the language, I communicate directly with venues and suppliers throughout the planning process. I also understand the local wedding industry, working practices and cultural nuances, which means I can translate not only the language, but also expectations between you and the Bulgarian suppliers involved in your wedding. You remain fully informed without having to manage the local communication yourselves.
Yes. Guest experience is an important part of destination wedding planning. Depending on your wedding and location, we can help coordinate accommodation recommendations, airport and wedding-day transport, guest information and logistics, as well as welcome events, farewell gatherings and other experiences that make your guests’ time in Bulgaria feel considered from arrival to departure.
Absolutely. Cultural fusion can be one of the most personal parts of a destination wedding. We can help you incorporate Bulgarian traditions, music, food or local experiences in a way that feels authentic to you, while also respecting and celebrating the other cultures, traditions and personalities that are part of your story.
